Heather is a violinist, violist and composer based in New York City. She performs regularly at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, and Royal Albert Hall. Active in theater and dance, Heather collaborates frequently with artists in Europe and Asia with her compositions and improvisations.

Heather is a member of La MaMa Great Jones Repertory Company where she was a close collaborator on a decade of shows with director and founder of La MaMa, Ellen Stewart. Heather was an improvising violinist in three plays by Elizabeth Swados: Jabu (NYC), Kaspar Hauser (NYC), and Weather (Spoleto, Italy). She created the music for MOTUS Panorama presented in New York at La MaMa, the Under the Radar Festival, and the Public Theater and on tour at Vooruit Ghent (Belgium), Grec Festival (Barcelona), Romaeuropa Festival and Rome RAI Radio (Italy). She was a contributing composer and performer in Ivica Buljan’s production of Pasolini’s Pylade in NYC, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, and Portugal.

Other live appearances include performing with Dimash, Igor Krutoy, Adele, Kanye West, Anthony Braxton, Sarah McLachlan, Enya, Josh Groban, Mariah Carey, Meatloaf, Paul Weller, London Grammar, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Mika, Barry Manilow, Tony Bennett, Natalie Cole, Ben Folds, David J, Creature Creature and MORRIE.

Heather is a Reiki master and performs live music for Reiki and yoga classes.
